Dr. Jana Zwetsloot or “Dr. Z”, grew up in Bucksport, Maine, but has called central Maine home for the last 7 years. She graduated from the University of Prince Edward Island in 2016, initially working as a mixed animal practitioner, then making the transition to exclusively small animal. She particularly enjoys surgery and dentistry. When not working she spends most of her time outsie with her husband, son, dog, cat, and chickens. She also enjoys running, snowboarding, traveling, reading, and bad sci-fi.
